This group is for you! Join us every week for support from your peers and guidance from a UD Academic Support Professional. Learn strategies that work with your brain, spend time planning, and get some work done. This group will help you with the following:
- support & connection
- new learning strategies
- planning & organizing
- learning self-compassion
- getting resources
For Fall 2023, we will offer FOUR recurring weekly group times.
In-person groups will be held at 150 S. College Ave., which is the Center for Academic Success. When you arrive, simply tell the front desk that you are here for the ADHD group, and they will direct you to our meeting location.
Meetings begin Tuesday, September 12.
- Mondays (in-person) 12:45 – 1:45 pm (optional extra work time from 1:45-2:15 pm)
- Tuesdays (in-person) 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (optional extra work time from 12:00-12:30pm)
- Thursday (via Zoom) 8:00 – 9:00 pm
- Fridays (in-person) 2:00 – 3:00 pm (optional extra work time from 3:00-3:30 pm)
You must register to join one of our weekly groups. On the registration form, you will be asked to select which meeting time you can regularly attend. You will attend the same day/time each week throughout the semester.
If none of the times work, please still fill out the registration form so we can reach out to you if we add or change a meeting time.
